Last year, the kids and I made these crayon hearts for their classmates as valentines. This year, I decided that I'd make marshmallow pops, put them in small cello bags, and attach a small valentine card to the ribbon. I didn't want to purchase cards, because lets face it --they are pretty lame. A friend directed me to some free printable ones and I decided on these cute ones from Secret Agent Josephine. I printed them in B&W and had the kids each color theirs. They are super cute!
The marshmallow pops, in vanilla (pink, which actually tastes like those Carnival cookies. Remember those?), and chocolate. Mnnnn.

i love marshmallow pops...especially pink ones!! yum!
That is such a great idea. They're so cute.
okay, so seriously. how did these blogs not get into my feed?! just now seeing them, but hilariously enough that's pretty much exactly what I did!!!
and i baked cakes last week- for fun. was going to bring some over, but it was too dry. the convect bake is something i don't think i'll use on cupcakes, as it dries out really fast. well, mine were chocolate, and there's a fine second between delicious and dry chocolate cake- i think this convect makes it too well heated in the center that it keeps cooking too long after out. that's my thought. still have them on my counter and sad for their loss. cream cheese icing and everything. sigh. maybe i'll make cake balls...
